Both men and women want to feel and look good.  There are millions and millions of both men and women working out like crazy day after day.  But it must be remembered that even though exercise is exercise there are physical differences between men and women.  This means exercise workouts for women have to be different from those for men.  It could be said that women most definitely want to lose fat and build muscle tone.  This is very important if any woman wants to keep her shape throughout her life.  As a woman matures she does not want to lose muscle.  But most women don’t want to end up being muscle bound.  They find this to be too masculine.

Workouts for women have to come from an expert.  If not there will be changes to the feminine form that may not be appropriate.  Let’s face it most women want an exercise program that is going to work as fast as possible.  There are many so called experts who promise this will happen but it never does.   Usually these promises come with all kinds of advice other than the most important.  According to Shin Ohtake it takes correct exercise, enough food with lots of leafy greens, eight hours of sleep a night and a reduction in stress levels to stay in shape.  Shin does not only concentrate on how you look but on how you feel and react.
