The assisted squat is a great exercise that you can use to give shape to your lower body. To do this exercise, stand in front of a door. Space your feet shoulder width apart, and using a towel, grip the doorknob. While using the stability of the towel, bend your knees. Squat down and then stand back up again slowly. Repeat this exercise several times for optimal results.
